Company Profile
Eva Air was established in 1989. It was initially the affiliate of the Evergreen Group, which was the shipping conglomerate. Later, it expended to ground handling, air cargo and also the aviation engineering businesses. It is regarded as one of the important private-owned airlines in Taiwan and it helps Taiwan expands the popularity to other parts of the world. During the flights, Eva Air would provide meals to clients and the meals would be the traditional food of Taiwanese. This helps passengers know more about traditional Taiwanese food.

It also provides flights to places which are furtherer from Taiwan with the use of its membership in the Star Alliance. For example, it has reached code share agreement with US Airways.
