The summer season runs from December to February with at least high temperature of 30s and while the winter season runs between months June and August. Rainfalls are mostly in December to March.

Best Time to Travel

The peak time, when Brazil is filled with foreign and vacationing local families is December to March. Price rise during the peak season is normal here and public places become more crowded, though it is the most carnival time of the year. The low seasons run from May to September, with exception of July, the cheapest and least crowed time to visit Brazil. Due to the temperate weather there is no bad time to visit but to avoid summer crowds and heat visit from April to November.

Paying a visit to Brazil in high season means flying to Brazil during peak season, December and March. The ticket costs about US$300 and its far more than then do during in low seasons. Same is the case while traveling through bus; charge you with rate more than normal in off seasons. Once you reached Brazil, the local transporters buses are a little bit cheap than the taxi or cabs.
