Climate and Weather

The Ireland is the country that uses the moist air from Atlantic and effect from Gulf Stream, makes the Ireland not to be cold or hot. You will be happy to have a dry spell during summer with rare bright and showers intervals. If you visit, you have to carry around your umbrellas and raincoats and to be prepared for the soft days when it is warm with misty rain that can take some hours. The west party of the island rains at least half of the days of the year and it is wetter compared to the South East. Sometime the sun can be bright in the morning but it will not last, this is the same when you walk up when it is raining since this can disappear as the sun. There are no snow in Ireland and winters are mild. The temperature is around 20 to 25 degrees. July and June are the sunniest and the warmest.

Best Time to Travel

If you want to visit Dublin, you can think to go there in September, June or May. This is because the August and July are the tourist high peak and the country is full of visitors which translate into high accommodation and transport rates. If you love arts, then you can visit during October where there are many art festivals. If you like alcohol, then you have to keep in mind that the business are not allowed to sell liquor on Christmas and Good Friday.
