Goa’s average sunshine is about 10 hours a day; this makes it a great beach destination. The temperature in Goa is at an average of 25 to 35 degrees Celsius, pretty hot yet the condition is great for soaking up the sun.
Throughout the year, Goa has a fairly high temperature; sometimes the heat gets unbearable to skin so some prefer to stay indoors. February is the driest month of the season. The days are pretty warm but it gets really soothing when the night falls.
By June until September, the Southwest monsoon brings the rain in and this is the time when most holidays in Goa are celebrated. The temperature during the winter months is cool and pleasant, the best time to explore the place.

When to Visit
The best time to visit this mystical place is within the months of October up until the March, this is the time when the seas are calmer, perfect for swimming and boat rides.
Over all tourists can visit Goa almost the entire year, except the monsoon season, to avoid the heavy rainfall.
The month February is the time for the Goa Carnival; this is also a great time to enjoy the festivities in a state with such a rich heritage.
