Kuala Lumpur is the perfect spot for trade and commerce in Malaysia. For years it has proven itself to be one of the strong Asian economic tigers to ever show the world what perseverance and hard work could really do.

Kuala Lumpur is known to have equatorial weather. Its temperature ranges from 19 degrees C to 37 degrees C. Its annual rainfall is 2,266 mm. The city experiences the southwest monsoon, September- April.  The eastern monsoon hits it from October – January that occurs with thunderstorms and rains.

For most of the year, the driest months are May, June, and July. During these months, it is really least likely for rainfall to occur. Because of regular rains, flooding is always expected in Kuala Lumpur, especially in the downstream regions and the central part of the city itself.

When to Travel

There is actually no known peak season for tourism in Kuala Lumpur because tourists usually schedule their visits according to their own convenient time. This is pretty much all right because every season is balanced by the heat and humidity that goes on through year.
