Climate of Luxembourg is modified continental which comprise of mild winters in the months of January and February. Getting Around

Luxembourg is considered to be a compact country. It is possible to reach any place in the country from its capital within an hour of time by travel. You can find handy mobiliteit office which can help you in planning your trip by bus or by train, at the central rail station. The CFL is considered to be a train network which is either Spartan or comprehensive. It totally depends on the direction you want to travel it is either towards the north or towards south direction. South is considered to be reasonably well covered and the north is limited to only one line. This one line travels from Luxembourg City though Ettelbruck, Clervaux, Wilwerwiltz, Mersch and Troisvierges. The same line continues towards the north direction into Belgium to the liege. The ticket fares will be about 1.5 Euros for two hours and 4 Euros for one day. You can also find the monthly ticket for 40 Euros. The best part is that the tickets can be used in both trains and buses. You can find comprehensive bus service inside the city which is very convenient for any average tourists. A standard ticket for bus is also the same as that of train which is 1.5 Euros for two hours and 4 Euros for one whole day.
