Weather / Climate
Weather in the island of Maui is described as perfect. It is just right—never very cold nor very hot. But there are different sides of the islands where weather can vary slightly. The North East (Windward) of Maui has heavy rains because of the E to W movement of the tradewinds. This results to the buildup of clouds in the East. The South East (Leeward) is sunnier and drier.
