Overview
San Francisco, a city located at the Bay Area, is a city worth visiting. This city is famous for its liberal lifestyle, Victorian houses, and beautiful scenery. And who can resist looking at the famous Golden Gate Bridge?
There are several ways to get to this city; tourists can take the plane. San Francisco has 3 major airports to choose from and aside from that, the nearby cities of San Jose and Oakland can also offer cheaper flights. There is also the Greyhound bus; they offer a cheaper means of transportation.
Going around the city is also a breeze; walking is a great walk to see the city in a different light, aside from the fact that it’s a great exercise. Then there is the Muni-the street cars, metro buses and cable cars within the city. Taxis are also available and the reliable car rentals are always around the corner.

Climate / Weather
San Francisco experiences wet, dry summers and mild winter, overall, the city experiences a mild climate. The months of March until May covers the spring time in the city, during these times, the weather is just about dry and warm. June until August, on the other hand covers the summer season, which is usually cooler and when people usually see the summer fog, which eventually drifts away during the afternoons.
San Francisco weather between the months of September and November is considered to be at its finest. The days are sunny, the temperature is warm enough for tourists to walk around and explore the city. It is also the season when the nights are cool and clear; great for those thrilling nights out of town.
December until February covers the city’s winter season, the weather is almost always rainy.

When to Visit
Peak Season would always be during summer (June-August), while some visit the city during fall (September to November) when the weather is at its most favorable state.
Off seasons would be during the rainy months of December until February.
