Climate and Weather
Climate in Vienna is characterised by all the four seasons. We have the spring that commences at around March and does not continue for a long time. The summer takes over and is warm. The best weather is experienced around June where sunny days are available. During the month of June, light summer windy breeze is experienced and this is actually enjoyable. We have humid and hot days within July and August. Autumn commences at around September followed by the cold winter characterized by snow.

When to Travel
The climate changes in Vienna makes visitors decide when to visit the place. It is true that the best time to visit Vienna is on June when we are experiencing summer. During this time, the city is characterized by sunny days and the windy breeze.
Getting Around
One can actually get around in Vienna with ease. This is because it has a good and efficient public transportation system. This transportation system includes; rail transport, commuter rail and buses. The subway underground transportation is also available in Vienna. This is actually a very efficient means of transport and will make you visit all the places that you want just within minutes. There are also trains in Vienna. The famous train is the Regional Express trains which serve different parts especially the outermost suburbs and can also proceed to the neighbourhood states. Buses are also cheap and comfortable and many people prefer them. The bus tickets are cheap and affordable and thus everyone can afford to purchase one. Taxis are also available at the tax-stands or in the streets. The fare is negotiable depending on your destination.
